The Good Affiliate program is designed to compensate friends of We Are For Good who want to grow their own business by offer our products to their friends, network and clients. In return there is a significant recurring income opportunity just for sharing your love for We Are For Good. You in?
How it works
By creating a Good Affiliate account, you are able to create unique sharable links to offer WAFG products. These links are connected to your affiliate account, so when someone makes a purchase via your custom link, you are paid an affiliate commission on every sale - which is recurring as long as they are a customer.
The Fine Print – Good Affiliates Terms and Conditions
While we don’t wish to be overly formal in our relationship, we have found it helpful to confirm the rules of the road with our Good Affiliates Program with you. As such, by joining and participating in the Good Affiliates Program offered by We Are For Good, LLC (“WAFD”, “we,” “our,” “use”), you (“Affiliate,” “your”) agree to by bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not alter or modify the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with us.
Good Affiliate Enrollment and Administration
The affiliate program and affiliate commissions are tracked and calculated via Rewardful.com. To enroll in our Good Affiliates Program, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions and register to be an affiliate via Rewardful by accessing a link we provide you (“Affiliate Signup Link”). Enrolling in our Good Affiliates Program will give you access to your own Affiliate Dashboard on Rewardful, you will have access to create unique sharable links to share WAFG products, access to your own conversion metrics, payment information and be able to track activity and perform tasks related to your participation in the Good Affiliates Program. Your use of your Affiliate Dashboard is governed by Rewardful’s Terms of Service accessible at https://www.getrewardful.com/terms. Please also refer to Rewardful’s Privacy Policy at https://www.getrewardful.com/privacy regarding the use of your information.
Good Affiliate Commissions
Acquisition of a NEW We Are For Good PRO Customer Annual or Monthly Membership
25% Affiliate Commission, Recurring Annually or Monthly for Duration of Membership
Paid Monthly (around first of month) after a customer has remained a member past the return window (30 days)
Good Affiliate Advertisements and Posts
As a Good Affiliate, you have the ability to publish your unique affiliate links alongside your own content on your website, your email campaigns, and/or social media post. Paid ads or promoted posts on social media with affiliate links are allowed if they comply with the terms of this agreement. All Affiliate Ads are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We will provide you with sharable graphics, swipe copy and other promotional materials, so you can create Affiliate Ads that achieve the goals of the Good Affiliates Program (the "Affiliates Materials").
Good Affiliate Advertising Rules
There are a few rules about our Good Affiliates Program you should know about. No “gotchas” here - just some terms to keep it on the up-and-up.
You may not:
engage in self-referrals (i.e., signing up for We Are For Good Pro through your own affiliate link);
use search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers;
use Facebook ads that link to our website or anything similar that would compete with our own paid marketing and drive up our costs and potentially cause confusion.
pretend to be acting on behalf of us (i.e., as an employee);
Abuse, game, or attempt to mislead (i.e., posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites). Such conduct will result in your account being permanently banned;
make deceptive claims about our products or services;
disparage WAFG or our brands, products, or services;
engage in any communication that is defamatory or infringes upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of others;
make offensive comments that have the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating or hostile environment;
post content that promotes bigotry, racism, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
use ethnic slurs, personal insults, obscenity, or other offensive language; and
make any comments or post any content that in any way promotes unsafe activities that could lead to an unsafe situation involving WAFG's consumers or other individuals.
Your Affiliate Ads must be original and created solely by you.
Your Affiliates Ads will not include the intellectual property of other parties, including any third-party music, photographs, artwork, trademarks, logos, or slogans.
Your Affiliate Ads will not include any person, or personally identifiable information about anyone, other than you unless you receive our prior written approval and have the persons at issue sign a release provided by us.
Your Affiliate Ads will comply with the rules of the applicable email, website, and social media platforms.
Your Affiliate Ads will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Good Affiliates Disclosures
Your Affiliate Ads must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's (the "FTC") Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials ("Endorsement Guides"), available at https://www.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/attachments/press-releases/ftc-publishes-final-guides-governing-endorsements-testimonials/091005revisedendorsementguides.pdf,including making:
statements that reflect your honest beliefs, opinions, and experiences; and
clear and conspicuous disclosure about your connection to us in all of your posts.
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your "material connection" with us, making it clear that you are a compensated affiliate. You must place the disclosure in plain sight in close proximity to any audio or visual communications that you make about us, our brands, and our products or services. You may not bury the disclosure in a link or place the disclosure in a string of hashtags or other disclosures. We require this disclosure regardless of any space limitations of the platform (like Twitter), where you can use hashtags for the disclosure (like #ad or #sponsored).
Your Affiliate Ads should only make factual statements about WAFG and our products and services which you know for certain are true and can be proven or verified.
Although we want your Affiliate Ads to be authentic and based on your own opinions, beliefs, and experiences, your Affiliate Ads should rely on the Affiliates Materials to accurately use our trademarks and describe our products and services.
Monitoring of Affiliate Ads
You understand that we will be monitoring your Affiliate Ads for compliance with this Agreement. We have the right to address non-compliant Posts by taking any of the following actions alone or in combination:
Requiring you to fix the Post.
Fixing the Post ourselves or through one of our agencies.
Withholding payment.
Terminating your participation in the Good Affiliates Program.
Ownership and Grant of Rights in Affiliate Ads
You will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Affiliate Ads, subject to the license granted to us in this paragraph. We will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to all derivative works of the Affiliate Ads made by us, or by any third party for our benefit subject to your rights in the underlying Affiliate Ad. You grant to WAFG and our affiliates, and each of our respective direct and indirect licensees, successors, and assigns, an exclusive perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable and sublicensable, fully paid-up and royalty-free right and license to use the Affiliate Ads, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein and all renewals and extensions thereof, in all formats and media, whether now known and existing or hereafter discovered or developed, throughout the universe, for all or any purposes whatsoever. For purposes of clarity and without limiting the foregoing, you agree that this license gives us the right: (a) to modify, edit, combine with other materials, translate, include in collective works, and otherwise create derivative works of the Affiliates Ads; and (b) to reproduce, perform (publicly or otherwise), display (publicly or otherwise), and transmit the Affiliate Ads, including any derivative works of the Affiliates Ads, in whole or in part.
Use of Your Name, Likeness, and Information
You grant to WAFG the right to use your name, image, likeness, and biographical, professional, and other identifying information (collectively, "Likeness") in connection with the Good Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Ads, and any derivative works we make from the Affiliate Ads, including to advertise and promote the same or any product or service that features or includes at least one of the Affiliate Ads or a derivative work of the Affiliate Ads, in whole or in part. You waive the right to inspect or approve any use of your Likeness as contemplated in this Agreement.
WAFG’s Trademarks
WAFG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and royalty-free license to those of WAFG's Marks (any trademark, trade name, service mark, design, logo, domain name, or other indicator of the source or origin of any product or service, which may include, but are not limited to including WE ARE FOR GOOD®, GOOD PROF™, and associated logos) designated by WAFG from time-to-time to display such Marks on an Affiliate Ad or otherwise comply with your express obligations under this.
You shall use the Marks solely per WAFG's trademark usage guidelines and quality control standards provided time-to -ime by WAFG. If WAFG notifies you that any use does not comply, you shall immediately remedy to the satisfaction of WAFG or terminate such use. You shall not use, register or attempt to register in any jurisdiction any Mark that is confusingly similar to or incorporates any of the WAFG's Marks. All uses of the WAFG's Marks, and all goodwill associated therewith, shall inure solely to the benefit of WAFG.
Neither this Agreement, nor any act, omission, or statement by WAFG or you, conveys any ownership right in any of the WAFG's Marks, or to any element or portion thereof, or other materials provided by or on behalf of WAFG under these Terms and Conditions. Except for the licenses expressly granted to you herein, all right, title, and interest in and to the WAFG's Marks are and will remain with WAFG. No use by WAFG of the WAFG's Mark in any medium or manner shall be deemed to interfere with the limited permissions made to you by WAFG herein.
Upon termination of your participation in the Good Affiliates Program, the trademark license from WAFG to you shall also terminate.
Commission payment
We Are For Good Pro commissions are paid:
On commissions after the customer has passed the eligible return window of 30 days following the purchase
Monthly (on or around the 1st of each month) via ACH. In order to receive payment, you must provide valid bank account detail, W9 and completed registration portal questions.
When the total amount owing is equal to or greater than $50 USD.
In some cases, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you have a case like this, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Confidentiality
You understand that you may be exposed to information about WAFG’s products and services, campaigns, marketing or brand strategies and ideas that may not have been disclosed to the public (collectively, the "Confidential Information"). You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information disclosed to you (or which otherwise becomes available to you) in connection with the Good Affiliates Program, and will hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. You further agree to refrain from disclosing or using Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in the Good Affiliates Program. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information shall survive termination and continue for three years.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violation of any of the rules at our sole discretion. Commissions generated by mechanisms that are in violation of our Terms and Conditions will not be paid or owed.
Relationship of the Parties.
You understand that you are an independent contractor of WAFG, and your participation in our Good Affiliate Program does not create any association, partnership, joint venture, employee, or agency relationship between you and us for any purpose. You have no authority (and will not hold yourself out as having authority) to bind WAFG and will not make any agreements or representations on our behalf without our prior written consent.
Limitations of Liability
WAFG WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LIQUIDATED, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR PENALTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER WAFG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WAFG'S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THREE (3) TIMES THE AGGREGATE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE TO GOOD PROF IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WAFG and our affiliates, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and disbursements, arising from or relating to any breach by you of your representations, or warranties, or other obligations hereunder.
Assignment
These rights and obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions are personal to you. You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights, or delegate, subcontract, or otherwise transfer any of your obligations or performance stated set forth herein. Any attempt to assign, delegate, or transfer in violation of this paragraph is void.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. Each party agrees to institute any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms and Conditions in the federal or state courts in each case located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provision will be amended to achieve as closely as possible the effect of the original term and all other provisions of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and WAFG and supersedes any oral or written statements made by or to you in connection with the Good Affiliates Program.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions for our Good Affiliate Program at any time.
We are thrilled to have you participate in our Good Affiliates Program. Your application submission to the program constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
